Sneha's illustrious career began with her tenure at the United Nations in New York, where she facilitated projects between the UN and the State Department. She went on to build her reputation in marketing and brand consultancy, initially as a Marketing Assistant in the jewellery industry and later as the founder of her Consultancy. As a Partner at ASB Consultancy, she crafted strategies for prestigious global brands such as Jaeger-LeCoultre, L'Occitane, and Minawala Jewellers, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor in the luxury space.

Shagun Shetra School

Located in Chitarasana, Gujarat, Shagun Shetra School is a co-educational boarding school committed to providing equal educational access for tribal children. Udyan Shalini Fellowship

The Udyan Shalini Fellowship empowers girls from government schools across India by offering the financial support they need to pursue higher education after Class X. Sneha’s involvement has directly benefited 90 girls in Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Chennai, helping them overcome socio-economic barriers and focus on their academic aspirations. Her efforts include facilitating partnerships, such as tying up with St. Andrews to provide full scholarships for select students, enabling them to pursue their dreams abroad. USF’s holistic approach to education also includes mentorship programs, ensuring that every “Shalini” not only excels academically but also builds the confidence to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Seva Mandir

Seva Mandir works in the Udaipur area of Rajasthan, fostering cohesive and self-reliant communities by creating democratic forums that transcend socio-economic and gender divides. Sneha has been actively involved in supporting their initiatives across 10 adopted villages, focusing on women’s empowerment and girls' education. The organization’s work includes creating self-help groups (SHGs) that encourage financial independence and leadership among women, as well as addressing education and healthcare gaps. Sneha’s contributions have strengthened these interventions, enabling communities to address their own needs sustainably while fostering social harmony.

SRM Love & Care

Through initiatives like Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth and Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital in South Gujarat, SRM Love & Care enhances access to education and healthcare for underprivileged rural populations. The 250-bed charitable hospital offers world-class medical services at no or highly subsidized costs, bridging the gap between global medical innovation and rural access. The Vidyapeeth is the first and only higher education institution across 238 villages, providing tribal youth with opportunities to pursue science education. Sneha’s contributions extend beyond these core initiatives, supporting skill centers, animal hospitals, and women empowerment programs. Her involvement ensures that the organisation continues to address diverse community needs, fostering holistic and sustainable development across the region.

SSS Foundation

Having served on the board for over six years, Sneha has been instrumental in advancing the SSS Foundation’s mission of providing free, high-quality education to over 500 children from the underserved Musahar community in Patna. The foundation runs a CBSE-affiliated boarding school for boys up to Grade 12, focusing on academic excellence, leadership skills, and personal growth. Beyond academics, the school offers a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore their potential and gain the confidence needed to break free from generational poverty.
